Emails and text messages impersonating Qantas Money - We are aware of customers receiving scam emails and text messages falsely representing Qantas Money, requesting them to “verify” a card on their account or redeem points. I’ve refunded an international purchase – why is the amount returned different to the amount I paid?

Due to exchange rates involved there is sometimes a difference in rate from the time of purchase compared to the time of refund. This is reflected in the refund amount and is applied by Visa not Qudos Bank.
