We are aware of customers being contacted by scammers posing as Qudos Bank via unsolicited SMS and phone calls, attempting to gain information from customers to access their accounts or internet banking. This is an impersonation scam where phone numbers of financial institutions are spoofed (mimicked) by scammers. Please do not provide any information to anyone claiming to be from Qudos Bank. Qudos Bank will never ask you to disclose your card details, PIN or personal banking details in an unsolicited email, SMS or phone call. If you receive contact from someone claiming to be from Qudos Bank, please terminate the call immediately and contact us directly on 1300 747 747 or +61 2 9582 3200 if you are overseas.
