Important Notice: Renewing your expiring Visa Debit Card

If you’ve recently received a new Visa Debit card with a letter advising you have a new card number, we may have provided you with incorrect information about your card number.

If your existing card starts with 402993, this means you already hold a new Visa Debit Card and would have received a replacement card containing the same card number with an updated expiry date and CVC (Card Verification Code).

If your existing card starts with 493414, this means you still hold an older Visa Debit Card and have now received our new Qudos Bank Visa Debit Card. This Qudos Bank Visa Debit Card will have a completely new card number, Expiry Date and CVC (Card Verification Code).

If your card has been lost, stolen or compromised, you will receive a new card with new card details, regardless of whether your lost/stolen card was a new or older Visa Debit Card.

What do you need to do?

Once you receive your new Visa Debit Card, you will need to update any direct debits and automatic payments set up with your new card details.

We’re here to help

We apologise for any confusion this may have caused. Rest assured that regardless of your card type, you will still receive the same secure and streamline service from us.
