Introducing the NEW Qudos Bank App!

Our new mobile banking app for both iOS and Android is now available in the App Store and Google Play. In addition to faster performance and greater stability, we've delivered many new features to make banking on the go easier.



Get started

To tap into a better banking experience, please ensure you’re registered for Online Banking and that you have the most recent operating system running on your mobile device. If you haven't changed your Online Banking password in some time we'd recommend you login and change your Online Banking password before trying to register the app to ensure a quick and easy registration process.

The minimum operating requirements for the new App are as follows:

  • iOS software version 10.3 and above
  • Android software version 5.0 and above

Please ensure your phone contact details within Online Banking are current, check the numbers you have registered against mobile, business and home, ensuring at least one field contains a mobile number.

It is important that you enter your Australian mobile number with 10 digits only e.g. 0412345678 i.e. please do not use any special characters or spaces otherwise you may experience problems registering the app.


Travelling overseas?

Before you begin registering the new app, check that your Mobile and Data Roaming services are activated to ensure you receive your one-time password.


Living overseas?

If you have been using our old QActive App you’ll have access to it until Monday 30th July. You need to have an Australian mobile number to register the new app. For those with International phone numbers you will need to access Online Banking on your device via our mobile optimised site at We are looking at a solution for future releases, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Tablet Users

You’ll have access to our old QActive Tablet App until Monday 30th July. Our new App has been created for Mobile and while it may technically work on a tablet device we’d recommend you access Online Banking from your browser at We hope to provide an alternative solution in the future.
