Getting started is simple

Fitbit watch

To get started, download the latest version of the Fitbit app on your smartphone and make sure your Fitbit watch or tracker is charged.

Compatible with iOS and Android smartphones for setup. Once a card is loaded and activated, you can leave your phone at home.

Adding your card

Once you’ve installed the Fitbit app onto your iOS or Android mobile you can add your Qudos Mastercard and Visa debit or credit cards to Fitbit Pay.

  1. With your Fitbit wearable nearby, tap on your Fitbit device image from the Fitbit app dashboard
  2. Next, tap on the ‘Wallet’ tile and follow the on-screen instructions to add your debit or credit card details. If you’re setting up Fitbit Pay for the first time, you’ll be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code for your wearable (if you haven’t already done so)
  3. After you accept the terms and conditions, you will need to verify via SMS. We’ll send you an SMS with a unique code to enter in the Fitbit app.

Once your card has been activated, you’ve reached the finish line. You can now make contactless payments by simply holding the Fitbit wearable near the terminal

Making Payments using Fitbit Pay

Hold your Fitbit near the terminal. You’ll see a green tick to confirm when your payment has gone through.
