Qudos Bank would like to advise that Jennifer Dalitz has been appointed to the role of Chair of the Board, effective from 15 December 2023. The appointment follows the Board’s annual review of its committees and leadership positions in line with the strategic needs of the organisation and the next phase of our transformation journey.
Ms Dalitz has served as Deputy Chair throughout 2023 and has been a non-executive Director of Qudos Bank since 2019.
She brings a wealth of strategic and executive experience in retail banking and membership associations, and as a management consultant within top tier firms. With a focus on delivering sustainable change, Jen has led major transformation, growth and remediation programs, involving engagement with broad stakeholder groups. Her Board roles include serving as a non-executive director of iPartners and as a Trustee of the Australian Museum. The Board believes Qudos Bank will benefit from her leadership and expertise.
Ms Dalitz replaces Mr Rodney Watson as Chair. Mr Watson will remain a Director of the Board and we thank him for his contributions.
Ms Dalitz said Qudos Bank moves into 2024 with a strong leadership team and vision that supports the "Qudos Way".
